At D.B. Gifts, we take pride in carefully curating and packaging every order to ensure it arrives beautifully and safely.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders that include custom or personalized items may require an additional 5–10 business days for preparation.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- Flat Rate Shipping: $9.99
- Free Shipping on orders over $75

We currently ship via UPS to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
Need to send gifts to multiple recipients?
You can select “Ship to Multiple Addresses” at checkout and assign items accordingly.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your gift every step of the way.
Delays & High Volume Periods
During holidays, sales, or high-volume periods, shipping times may be slightly delayed. We recommend placing orders early to ensure on-time delivery for special occasions.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
D.B. Gifts is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered, D.B. Gifts is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@dbgiftbox.com within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
U.S. Shipping Only
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
