Can I change the shipping address if my order has already shipped?
Unfortunately, we're unable to submit address change requests once an order has shipped. We're so sorry! Please be sure to carefully look over the order confirmation email after your order has been placed, as we're more than happy to make any changes to the shipping address prior to shipment!

Can I create a custom gift box?
Yes! We love helping you create something personal and meaningful. You can build your own gift box by going to Create A Gift or reach out to us —we’ll help you design a gift that’s just right for your occasion and recipient.
Do you offer bulk orders for weddings, birthdays, or events?
Absolutely. We specialize in thoughtful gifting for weddings, birthdays, bridal parties, and special events. Whether you're planning 5 boxes or 100, we’ll work with you to design and deliver beautifully curated gifts that leave a lasting impression.
How far in advance should I place a bulk or custom order?
We recommend reaching out at least 3–4 weeks in advance for custom or bulk orders. This gives us enough time to source items, finalize the design, and ensure everything is packed and delivered on time. For rush requests, feel free to contact us—we’ll let you know what’s possible.
What’s your return or exchange policy?
Due to the nature of our gift boxes and the care put into each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if something arrives damaged or there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery—we’ll make it right.
